Who We Are

The Pittsburgh Alcoa Retirees Club or PARC is a non-profit, social organization that was established in 1985 to enable retirees of Alcoa and their spouses to maintain connections with their former colleagues.

In order to foster those connections and friendships, members are able to participate in picnics, holiday parties, day trips, travel adventures, and volunteer opportunities. Newsletters are published by and for PARC members containing information about events, company news, and much more. In addition to this website, a PARC Facebook Group enables members to stay engaged.

With the restructuring of Alcoa into multiple and independent companies in 2016, and the changing definition of the term “retiree” in these companies, an individual who spent a considerable number of years with Alcoa, Arconic, or Howmet is welcome to join PARC.
